Baseline — April 2026. Potomac Floors already has organic visibility on Google Search despite being new. 48 clicks over 3 months, 31 pages indexed, and strong branded ranking (pos 2.8 for "potomac floors"). Google Analytics tag was installed on 4/23/2026 — traffic data will populate within 24–48 hours. The 6 keywords tracked in the rank map are Google Maps pack queries (separate from web search) — map pack is where Potomac is currently invisible due to low review count.
Where Potomac Ranks Today
Top 15 queries by impressions (last 3 months). Green bars = ranking on page 1, red = deep pages. Big opportunity: "flooring installation near me" at pos 4.2 with 73 impressions but 0 clicks — needs better SERP snippet.
Critical Gaps — Fix Next
What's Already Working
Honest correction. An earlier version of this dashboard (from a few hours ago) incorrectly claimed GA4, GSC, and schema were missing. That was wrong. GSC is verified and showing data. Schema (LocalBusiness + Breadcrumbs + FAQ) was already live. GA4 property G-4V2V9H9PKS existed — the measurement tag was the only missing piece, and that's now deployed. The real gaps are narrower: GTM container, expanded Service/Product/Review schema, and review-count growth.
GA4 just installed. On April 23, 2026, the Google Analytics tag (G-4V2V9H9PKS) was added to the Next.js root layout and deployed to production. Verified firing on potomacfloors.com — dataLayer is populating and page_view events are sending. Give it 24–48 hours for data to populate in the GA4 UI. After that, this tab will show: total users, sessions, traffic sources, top pages, phone/email/form conversion events, and attribution back to SEO vs. Meta ads vs. direct.
Measurement ID: G-4V2V9H9PKS
Property: 524647960
Status: Live — dataLayer populating
Tag install date: April 23, 2026
Deploy method: Next.js layout.tsx + next/script, matching Meta Pixel pattern
Baseline state. 6 reviews, 5.0-star average. Competitors in the rank map area (Flooring America Fairfax, Stair Creations, Michael USA Floors) have 73–254 reviews each. Review count is the strongest local-pack ranking factor after proximity — closing the gap here is the #1 lever for moving from "invisible in maps" to "appearing in map pack." Monthly interaction history (calls, directions, website clicks) will populate once the GBP API pipeline is approved (Google Case 9-8128000041613).
